Below we give you a lot more information on how are fully automatic, 3 LEVEL Filtered waterfall dust extractors help to keep you and your staff safer !
WATERFALL
Air in the work zone is pulled through the dust collector bu powerful internal fans. This air passes first through a “waterfall” running down the front of the unit
FINE MIST
As the air passes father through the dust collector, it passes through a mist created from nozzles inside the unit
DROPLET SEPARATION
The last stage are the droplet separators which collect any remaining dust particles before the air is exhausted from the unit.
These filters last years and require only occasional removal of excess.
EXHAUSteD AIR
Exiting air is ideally vented externally from the building. If it must be vented inside, we supply “Plenum” chambers that diffuse and dissipate the turbulent high volume of air exiting the collector
RECYCLING THE WATER
The water used for the waterfall and mist is held in the trough at the base and recirculated. This will need changing as it catches more dust.
Draining / filling can either nee manual or automatic when paired with one of our Water Recycling Systems
Depending on the size of the machine, effective working area can be anything from 1 ft to 15ft from the front of the machine ! Ideally, working facing towards the collector at all times to maximise efficiency
HOW IS IT INSTALLED ?
The machines are plug & play and can be positioned anywhere.
Requiring only and electrical connection and can be filled from a hose.
HOW EFFECTIVE ARE THEY ?
TYPICALLY REMOVING 99% OF ALL AIRBORNE DUST PARTICLES FROM THE AIR WHEN USED CORRECTLY AND KEPT IN GOOD ORDER
